Work with long strokes in the shape of a crescent and apply less pressure with the trowel.
Work with small strokes in the shape of a crescent and apply more pressure with the trowel.
If you are not accustomed to applying microcement, we recommend using a trowel that is designed for microcement. Traditional trowels typically have sharp edges and are generally quite rigid. This increases the risk of 'burning' the microcement, resulting in black streaks on the surface.
Fiberglass mesh should always be used during application in wet areas and on floors. For other surfaces, neither fiberglass mesh nor a base is needed.
If none of our standard colors suit your project, we can create a custom color based on an NCS code. For orders of a minimum of 200 square meters, we offer this service for free; otherwise, there is an additional cost.
If you want an almost entirely 'homogeneous' surface, we recommend using our Fino Standard system.
Our products are currently available at several K-Rauta stores, but you can order them at all K-Rauta stores. We are also available on Byggmax Online.
Currently, you can view our colors at: K-Rauta Järfälla, Täby, Örebro, Södertälje & Eskilstuna. We can also mail sample pieces if interested.
To maintain the properties and appearance of the microcement, we recommend that you review our maintenance document.
